~~ NEW YEAR~~

As I sit here writing this post it has come to me what an amazing year we have had filled with the good the bad and yes the very ugly truth of people who will lie rite to your face while they steal your money out of your back pocket. My husband always the nice one says its OK just means they need it more then us. With that said I look forward to the new year hopeful for a new beginning with life.... business....a whole new me as i go on a gulp diet and exercise so far i have been doing pretty good. so tonight as we have a new year eve party with our beautiful amazing smart children i will be forever thankful for everything we have and don't have or wont ever have for there is a reason our lives have gone this way.I'm so thankful for my ever hard working cute husband who doesn't come home until he has done all he can to provide for our little army. so i hope all my dear friends have a happy new year as for me I'm putting running shoes on and never ever looking back!!!

Merry Christmas everyone! It has been a rough month but we made it through again kids totally enjoyed their gifts and have been playing all morning with each other nice if I might add!!! CHRISTmas eve!!

We had a very nice day today. We had a nice lunch home and got ready for church. What a beautiful time I had at church felt at home and I felt welcomed there...... Like I belonged. The music and the candle light just amazed me. Kids were very good which kind of shocked me being that daddy had taken the kids for a two hour walk!! Now the kids are in bed but not before we put reindeer food out and cookies and milk for Santa of course. Wishing you and yours a very merry CHRISTmas!!

Teenage boys

It's so funny how boys don't listen to a word mama says at all! I just asked them to clean their room well guess what they did they shoved it all in a corner and said done. Well mama has played this game before..... So I just said well if stuff turns up missing don't ask where it is because you will not like the answer. Well sure enough they asked and I pointed to the trash can outside when my son went over and looked in nothing..... Empty!!!! The trash man already came bawahahahaha!!!! Point of the story don't mess with mama you will be burned at your own game son.

Woohoo!!! I can now blog any time I want from my iPhone no less love it!!! Well things have been really stress full and well nuts around here! I have three kids really doing bad in school and the rest really good. I stugle with this everyday you know I know mom I'm not failing that's wrong and of course it's usually my fault oh the joy of raising three teenagers all at once. Christmas is around the corner and I really for the first time ever not ready or finished. Just not in the holiday spirit at all! Well more to come later.

~~ HUSBAND~~

~~ what a night called my husband to ask what does he want for dinner daily question around here. He says well how about we go out to dinner.... oh OK AWESOME!!! He always tells me oh I'll be home in ten minutes well that usually means an hour lol. not today ten minutes and then another ten and we were on our way. Truly an awesome night good food and an awesome group of people!!

~~What an AWESOME weekend~~

Well Saturday was a very busy day we had a 9:45 football game to cheer at then home for lunch and ready for cheer pictures..... which turned out good. Then its run home cross my eyes for a few minutes and while my eyes were crossed my hubby and boys came home and I could tell Dave wants to do something anything he had such a hard week at work long hours in the cold so knowing me he kind of just said i have an ideal well to be honest the old me i would have started to make an excuse up,but not this time i prayed for guidance with my poor attitude toward things so i just went with the flow and let me just say this has been one of the best weekends ever!!! I fell in love with my husband all over again and again and a again!! We went to Dave and busters for a mid lunch/dinner we ate and bowled at the same time SO much fun. The smiles on every ones faces just melted my heart. Then we headed to the airport which in the past i would never said OK to that but we went and cleaned up his airplane and then Dave took me on a little night flight boy was he in shock i agreed again poor guy i actually got to see thru his eyes how much of a miserable person i have been. As i sat next to Dave watching him in action flying us around showing me things...... to be honest i didn't hold any of it in my head because i was to busy watching him. then came back put the plane in the hanger went to Starbucks got hot chocolate and a treat for everyone sat down and talked and i don't know if you will believe this or not i had an awesome time.Sunday was also a good day we ate breakfast then went drove towards our destination which is Hershey park YUMMY...... SUPER YUMMY!!!!! we ate lunch went to the tour and 3d movie shopped for chocolate YUM!!! now I can say its true you can keep falling in love over and over again with your husband I did.

~~ Feeling Lost~~

Did you ever have that feeling that your lost or that you may have lost something or someone? I have eight beautiful children and I'm so thankful to god for allowing me to be their mama but, I just feel there is someone missing from our family my husband said he wouldn't mind having one more. I tied my tubes oh my gosh that being said it hurts my heart makes me sick to my stomach. My husband isn't the most easiest one to agree with certain things i have a wonderful friend who is willing to carry our baby, but my husband said no way its just not natural to him. So I thought adoption would be the way to go..... so wish me luck on trying to convince my husband that this may be the way to go. He is an awesome daddy and husband. well that's all for now.

~~~ SIMPLICITY~~~

Simplicity...... such a simple word rite? We need to simplify our lives. We have to much clutter and junk in our home and our lives. Funny how most people are in need of cars and toys and big houses...I use to be one of them now I just long for simple. My plan is to simplify our lives for a wonderful move. My oldest son just out of the blue asked me mom are you guys thinking of moving to Carolina I answered honestly and said yes we are waiting for the shoe to fall and the yelling to start but the funny thing is everyone of my kids said they would love to do that move, so one obstacle down and just a few more to go!!! pray for us all please!!!

~~ NEVER FORGOTTEN~~

It's the tenth anniversary of 9/11, such a sad reminder of lives lost. Saturday night I turned on TLC one of my favorite channels and it was a show on about 9/11 as we all sat still quiet and watched on the edge of our seats,I looked around the room at my babies sitting there so quiet watching in disbelief of the horrible violence that America went thru. The air traffic controllers are talking about the hijackers and how they had hurt the pilots and flight attendant Michael who is nine and usually is in a world where it's safe and no harm will ever happen the way this momma likes it He turns to me and says mom i don't understand WHY those people would kidnap all those poor people and hurt them and the people in the building and themselves why did they do that. As I looked at my beautiful boy with those big blue eyes The only thing i could do is try not to cry so with tears in my eyes looking into his eyes I only said I don't know buddy sometimes people just are bad and don't know right from wrong. After the show was done we had decided it would be fun to sleep downstairs well fun for them this momma on the other hand could barely walk the next morning. But I'm sure they felt safe in some way. Sunday morning my husband surprised us with breakfast and again we sat in disbelief watching the TV i wanted to scream please turn it off please but i couldn't scream words wouldn't come out of my mouth and believe me anyone that knows me would tell you I'm not at a loss for words. ;) The faces on the TV just made me so sad the brave fireman that the cameras caught going towards danger just made my heart ache for their families knowing what i know now of how their lives would turn out the police officers screaming for people to run to safety all the while they sat in that spot of danger helping others. Then the screams that came when people noticed the people coming from the windows oh please make it stop please!!!! So I got up from the table cleaned up went upstairs pulled out our shirts with the most beautiful flag on it. For the first time i wasn't dressing my kid for the theme of the day i was dressing my kids for America for how we will always remember 9/11 and never will we ever forget ever.

~~ My Family ~~

Hi!! My name is Jeanette and I have the wonderful pleasure of raising eight awesome and crazy kids with my wonderful husband Dave. My oldest is Jenna she will be twenty three soon and is in college studying to be a guidance counselor,( she will be awesome at this) my second child is David he will be 19 this month and starts school Friday for auto body which is going to be a great journey for him he is very excited,third is Matthew a true gift he is fifteen and goes to a tech high school for automotive next my son Nicholas who is fourteen and as any boy his age is into video games and tossing the football outside and my daughter Brittany is twelve and a very smart kid both with her mind and her mouth lol then we have Michael who is nine wow he is just very active and never a dull moment with him makes everybody smile then Brianna is eight and very sweet and awesome like the rest then there is Zoey she is the baby of the family she is going to be six (gulping holding back the tears) and of course last but never least my awesome crazy cute wonderful husband who god has blessed me with Dave we have been together for twenty five years he is a hard working man always a good provider and father never a dull moment with him around he loves to fly small airplanes and some of the kids also love to fly with him.

We live in a awesome school district and the kids so far are having a really good start to the year..... so far that is!! We love the fall time we have many things planned from apple picking to pumpkin patch to one of my favorite places Hershey and crayola factory! We kinda got get all that in because before you know it they will be grown and on their own.

~~ SCHOOL SUPPLIES~~

well here's a few pictures of a couple sitting getting school supplies ready and labeled and in a book bag!!!! They were actually very excited to get this stuff done! When ever school starts it always reminds me of fall apple picking, pumpkin's, school pictures, crisp fall leaves in the awesome colors of red orange and a very crispy brown that as we all know are the best to step on!!!! I did save a bundle on school supplies as always i went to walmart we always buy extra supplies for the year so if one of my little ones need something they go right to the supplies and we are good to go!!! I will be putting first day of school pictures up soon.

POWER!!!!!

Wow with hurricane Irene hitting our area we lost our power for about an hour....... not bad at all but then the next day (sun) the winds were crazy strong and knocked our power out until just about one hour ago!!! Awe life is good hehehe!! My food spoiled my wash left undone including Dave's work clothes so he went to work with an old set of work clothes decided well we will eat from the grill still, but oh so nice to be able to use the washer and dryer the lights to power up the laptops it's just crazy how we take little things for granted. The up note was we camped out in the family room sleeping. My back is sore my neck stiff but all in all we are all good like i said before life is good!!! sorry I have to go gotta get those book bags filled with school supplies!!!

Must be doing something right..... for once!!!

Well I must be doing something right, my kids came to me with their learning boxes and asked to do work!!! I don't home school but i do keep them current for the coming school year. We basically go over what they learned in school all year . They do math reading and flashcards of words for all of my babies and alphabet flashcards for zoey along with number flashcards. I try to make it fun and um yes fast to keep all interested. It is raining and thundering out nasty I totally dislike the thunder part but really don't mind the rain too much. The kids actually folded the clothes and took them up for me and put them away! So nice when they get along and help out sometimes i want to pull my hair out when they fight!!! I always say hey guys when me and dad are gone and your friends aren't around your family is all you got to hold you up! I do hope one day that comes across and they realize i was right!!!! Zoey is super excited to start school she was just crying a bit because her sister said we have seven days until school well apparently she wanted to start today! well that's all for now.

License To Drive!!!!

Well it's official my son David passed his driving test. He has had the same guy for the last four times and yup you guessed it the same wonderful man hopped in the car today to give him his test.My thought was oh well he failed why bother well I'm so super happy to report that David is a license driver soooo stay OFF the sidewalks!!!!

NEIGHBORS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have been in our house for about five years now... it's been OK except for a couple of wonderful neighbors we were getting our lawn done by a nice kid who use to live on the street well i asked him how the neighborhood is and when he said well for the most part then raised his arm and pointed to the neighbor across the street i knew we should sell and fast!!! well the neighbor in question was outside when my boys were in the front yard playing street hockey with a plastic ball the kind you find in kiddie ball pits soon enough the older man was in my sons face i mean eye to eye who at the time was only fifteen screaming at him they cant play street hockey in the street it's illegal. well when this momma saw that i went between them an let that man know a few things......... I'm not the type that will just take crap without giving some back well the police came told the man they would be across to get his side the man then tells us all he has videos and voice recording outside!!!!! the officer looked at me and said did he just tell me hes been recording everything? as i stood there dazed and confused as to why he would the officer said listen you have your boys at home playing they are not out robbing or vandalizing any ones property and that street hockey being played in the street is in fact not illegal!!! the older man tried to say my kids aimed for his car and were in fact hitting his car well the officer said oh really show me your video.......... let's just say he had no proof and was told to stop calling for normal children playing in their neighborhood not just his neighborhood!!!! still to this day he records and i don't know if I'm correct when i close my front room window to give a few faces or not but it does make me feel better!!!

WORST SUMMER EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would have never thought in a million years that I would be constantly screaming stomping and just plain nuts!!!! This summer we did basically nothing but scream at each other they did a lot of back talking, slacking on chores and respect. I did a lot of screaming, punishing, crying unreal. My five year old is SO bad can you guess she is the baby and yes it is totally my fault!!! The rest are OK but gosh when they get started look out. School starts on the 31st of August and it will be bitter sweet because the baby zoey will be going to kindergarten and for the first time in almost twenty three years i will be alone...... although alone time is what i need sometimes i really just want to have my babies all around me at all times. well this is all for now from lonely in P.A.

CANCER SUCKS!!!!!

Well where do I start lets see...... my niece who lost her mom to brain cancer six years ago when her mom was 45 years old and my niece was only 23 well three weeks ago her husband was diagnosed with testicular cancer had one removed and all his test results showed the cancer has spread to his liver up his back and it is now in his neck. So my nephew is now fighting for his life he has nine weeks of chemo to go thru and now they are waiting for the doctors to read his MRI to see if it has spread to his brain. He is only thirty years old THIRTY I still can not wrap my head around it at all it just makes me sad to look at their beautiful almost two year old daughter.

SCHOOL starts Aug 31st my baby Zoey will be going to kindergarten so I will be sitting home that day crying like a blubbering jackass pardon my french but it really sucks when your babies get older really does they don't need you as much they use to think you made the sun rise well in my house the secret is out they think I'm nuts no kidding. we are also tossing the ideal around of moving to south Carolina or Texas still doing a lot of research on both i think we all need a change!!!! just hope the kids think its a good idea!!!! just so much going on i feel like my heads going to explode!!! also I'm going to purchase the love dare daily book its a book that helps with everyday life.

wow what a life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

let's just say life has been very crazy!!!!!!!! my husband loves to fly airplanes well his friend had to put his airplane in my husbands name which leads me to believe my husband is paying him for it!! one beautiful day dave went flying with his friend when they were in the air the engine cut out and would not come back on turns out the engine is done no good fried!!!! well thanks to god and his awesome training he landed the airplane on the runway. he did not call me for a ride he took a taxi home a taxi that his friend also shared which in the end it cost one hundred and trewnty dollars and guess who did'nt open his wallet to help with the cost. my baby zoey is going to kindergarten in sept last one home so not a happy momma at all everybody says oh now you can do whatever you want now you can live life as if having children was a life sentence without parol i love my kids when summer comes i dont know whos more excited me or them. my husband and i want to reverse my tubes but as we all know times are tuff and his business has taken a hit

!! so i wait and wait while my eggs get old and dusty maybe one day ......... my second child will graduate high school this june. crazy how time just walks out the door and without warning they are growing up! one day its diapers and the next day its cars and college!!! just one sad momma here. :(

Wow where do I begin........... oh I know I'm not going to start by saying oh i have been so busy when in reality i have just been sitting around really just doing a whole lot of nothing big fat zero. we have been busy with horse riding lessons and cheer leading for football, basketball,wrestling and a little cheer comp!!!!!! My husband now flies his little heart out on weekends while again I do nothing but sit around and twiddle my thumbs STOP I know so exciting you cant begin to imagine!!!! My oldest daughter Jenna has been busy with school she made the deans list awesome I know my kids are doing OK in school. This year my oldest son will graduate from high school and wants to go to school for auto body repair which will be good he can put that to good use at my husbands shop. Oh I remember what I did I registered my baby for kindergarten can you believe it. I almost broke down in tears ten times while registering her I know mush bucket rite!!!!!!! I started and restarted the love dare book and continue to work on that and myself........ so wish me luck please I will need it!!!!!!
