~~ weight control ~~

Well I've been trying to watch what I put excuse me what I shovel into my mouth. We have been eating some what clean I can feel the difference in myself control of wanting to spiral out of control and smashing my face into a bag of tootsie rolls or Hershey kisses!! I can you know without blinking an eye! So far I've lost five pounds not much but that's fine by me I feel amazing I walk everyday at least a mile I also do a DVD three times a week. The weight doesn't bother me but a certain number did my blood pressure it was so high we were all scared well I'm over joyed to say my blood pressure is in the norm for the first time in about three or more years!!! I have so much more energy now it's awesome to be able to keep up with my littles when we are playing around of kickball or soccer loving life!!!

Well it was Brianna's choice for her favorite dinner...... Red robin with the family she loved it..... So did I and everyone else! She had a grilled cheese and of course onion rings and this girl always asks for water with a lemon just like her mama. Love my girlie girl. In the picture she is with her big sister Jenna!!!

When I asked Brianna what she wanted to do with mama her reply didn't surprise me at all the movies!!! So as we talked about what to see she wanted the dr Seuss the lorax movie ( so did mama) but she didn't want to go by herself with me she wanted her two sister and her brother. She is such a beautiful funny sweet caring girl. With it being her choice I gave in we sat at the very top we were seating there for a half hour before the movie started love it!!! We shared popcorn and nachos and cheese and some soda. What a cute little movie it was.

Well it's zoeys choice of eats and she picked Wendy's ( I know bad mama bad mama ) but it's what she wanted so it was chicken nuggets and fries with gulp a coke which is a treat being we only drink milk and water. She is such a loving baby oh excuse me loving little girl. Wow how time flys zoey Elizabeth when were having fun!!!

So my kids are the cat and the hat and thing one and two!!! So cute they thought of those characters all by themselves!!! They wore it to school I love them so much they are the sweetest kids ever!!!

I asked zoey if she could do anything with mama what would it be..... Well she wanted to go to bounce U. It really Is a cool place kids run from slide to slide to bounce station then after two hours they have a snack and story. She just loved it kept coming back to me saying mama thank you for taking me here. Melted my heart that's for sure. I wonder what tomorrow brings for dinner as it is her choice I just hope it's not liver or some crazy thing!!!
